Verifying the Siebel Application Interface Installation

You can quickly verify that your Siebel Application Interface (SAI) installation was successful.

1. Browse to https://myserver.company.com/siebel/smc
   If your browser displays a security warning, this is because your browser does not trust your SSL certificate or the certificate authority (CA) that you used to sign it.
2. Enter your credentials in the login window.
   These are the credentials you specified when you installed the SAI component.
3. You are prompted to create a gateway — for the purposes of this test, you can ignore this message as we are just verifying the installation.
4. Close the browser.
