Financial Information for Events

Siebel Events Management provides summarized financial information at all three levels in the hierarchy: Event Plans, Events, and Sessions. This information includes planning period, budget, expenses, and revenues. Several of these fields are automatically calculated based on detailed records that are created. Forecast Expenses

An autopopulated field that provides the sum of expense records and forecast expense field

Actual Expenses

An autopopulated field that provides the sum of expense records and actual expense field

Forecast Revenue

An autopopulated field and provides the sum of revenue records and forecast revenue field
