Usage	This user property is used to decide the position for displaying sell notes. If the value is Y, then the sell notes are displayed at the start of the Total Group Availability applet. If the value is not Y, then the sell notes are displayed at the end of Total Group Availability applet. In the later case, before the sell notes, counts are displayed for Total Group Available, Group Optimal, Group Blocked, Group Projected, and Group Authorized for the different room types.
