Making Historical and Future Opportunities Available to Other Properties

To make historical or future opportunity information available to other properties by adding the information to a proposal, follow this procedure.

This task is a step in Process of Managing Histories and Futures Data.

To make a historical or future opportunity available to other properties

1. Navigate to the Opportunities screen, then the Opportunities List view.

2. In the Opportunities list, query for and select a historical or future opportunity to send to another property.

3. In the opportunity record, click the link in the Opportunity Name field.

4. Click the Proposals view tab.

5. Follow the steps for creating a proposal and generating a proposal draft, as described in the chapter on proposals in Siebel Correspondence, Proposals, and Presentations Guide.

   Siebel Hospitality exports the opportunity information to a Microsoft Word document.

6. Save the proposal draft document to a location on your company network that is public or accessible to the target property.
