Adding Attachments to Email Treatments

Use the following procedure to add literature items as email treatment attachments. Be aware that some Internet Service Providers limit the size of emails and email attachments that they deliver to their subscribers.

This task is a step in Process of Working with Email Treatments.

To add an attachment

1. Navigate to the Offers screen, then the Email Treatments view.

2. In the Email Treatments list, click the treatment name.

3. Click the Attachments view tab.

4. In the Attachments list, create a new record.

5. Click the Name select button, select a literature file to attach, and click OK.

6. In the Attachment Label field, enter an attachment label for each file.
