Creating Activities for Contacts and Prospects for Email Treatments
Siebel Marketing can create an activity for each contact and prospect in your mailing. If you enable this option, then Siebel Marketing uses the Email Marketing - Update Status workflow to create the new activities. The workflow is called after each wave batch sent. You can customize the workflow if needed. The following information lists the workflow fields and the values used.

To create activities for contacts and prospects for an email treatment
While creating the Email treatment, click the Advanced tab.
Check the Create Activity check box.
