Verifying Network Connectivity for Mobile Users
Siebel Mobile Web Client users must be able to connect to the Siebel
Remote Server, using TCP/IP, to synchronize with the master Siebel
database. Make sure that you have the correct network software and
hardware installed to support this connectivity and that your remote
users are able to establish a TCP/IP connection to the server. To
check connectivity, use the ping
utility.
