Associating Templates and Solutions with Categories

To associate solutions or response templates with categories
- Navigate to the Administration - Catalog screen, then the Smart Answer Settings view. 
- Drill down on the name of your catalog. The Categories screen appears. 
- Select either the Solutions view tab, or the Response Templates view tab. 
- To associate an item with the catalog, add a new solution or response template record.
