Configuring Survivorship to Use An External Rules Engine
You can configure survivorship to use an external rules engine for rules evaluation.
To configure survivorship to use an external rules engine

Navigate to Administration - Universal Customer Master, then Survivorship Rules.
This view enables you to configure the rules engine for survivorship evaluation at two levels: default criteria or attribute group comparison rules.

In the Default Criteria field, select External.

In the Business Service Name field, choose the business service name for the external rules engine from the list.

In the Business Service Method field, choose the business service method name for the external rules engine.
