Adding a User to an Approver Level

When working with approval level users, you can add a user to an approver level.

To add a user to an approver level

  1. Click the Entities and Ability Sets tab.
  2. Click the Set Approver Levels link.
  3. In the Users section, click Add user to approver level.
  4. In the Add Users to Approver Level dialog, enter a User Name to search. You can use wildcard (*) characters in your search. Leave blank to perform an unlimited search.
  5. Click Search groups to begin the search.
  6. In the search results, select one or more user names, then click Add.

The user(s) are added to the approver level.
