UpdatePOLFile

Use this form set level rule to write the names of the forms to the POLFILE.DAT file. This list of forms, and the sections that comprise those forms, is sometimes called the POL set.

Note

• Do not use this rule when you are doing 2-up printing on AFP printers. In that situation, you use the PaginateAndPropagate and WriteOutput rules instead.
• Do not use this rule when you use the GenData program by itself to execute the GenTrn, GenData, and GenPrint steps.

Syntax

;UpdatePOLFile;;;

This rule writes the POL set to the POLFILE.DAT file, deletes the duplicate form set, updates the TRN file, and updates the recipients.
