Removing a User from an Approver Level

When working with approver level users, you can remove a user from an approver level.

Warning

You cannot undo the removal of a user.

To remove a user from an approver level

1. In the Approver Level Members > User section, click a user name to select it.
2. Click .
3. In the confirmation dialog, click Yes to remove user group from the approver level.
