Show More Columns Dialog

The Show More Columns dialog appears when you are selecting additional columns to display in a table.

You can use this dialog to select the columns that will be displayed in a table, or to change the order of the columns.

This dialog has two sections:

• Hidden Columns – columns that will be hidden from the table
• Visible Columns – columns that will be displayed in the table

You can move one or more column names from one section to the other.

To move columns between the Hidden and Visible column sections

1. Click a column name to select it. You can also Ctrl-click and Shift-click to select more than one column.
2. Complete any of the following steps:

• Click to move the column(s) to the Hidden Columns section.
• Click to move the column(s) to the Visible Columns section.
• Click to move all the columns to the Hidden Columns section.
• Click to move all the columns to the Visible Columns section.

To change the order of the Visible Columns

After selecting the columns you want to be visible, you can change the order that these columns are displayed in.

1. In the Visible Columns section, click a column name to select it. You can also Ctrl-click and Shift-click to select more than one column.
2. Move the column(s) as follows:

• To move the selected column(s) up or down, click the up or down arrow respectively.
• To move the selected column(s) to the top or bottom of the list, click the Move to top or Move to bottom arrow respectively.
