Overview of Documaker Paragraphs
A Documaker paragraph is the basic item in a paragraph list. It is a standard section of text that can be reused in a Studio document.
Examples of paragraphs include introductions, closing statements, and standard clauses.
Paragraphs:
- Can contain fields and graphics
- Can belong to more than one paragraph list
Paragraphs cannot contain:
- Word tables
- Bar code and table-only fields
- Headers or footers
- Hyperlinks or page numbers
- Page breaks or sections breaks
- Bookmarks, a table of contents, or cross-references
There are two ways to create Documaker paragraphs:
- By defining a paragraph element within a paragraph list document
- By creating a separate paragraph document
