Overview of Documaker Paragraphs

A Documaker paragraph is the basic item in a paragraph list. It is a standard section of text that can be reused in a Studio document.

Examples of paragraphs include introductions, closing statements, and standard clauses.

Paragraphs:

• Can contain fields and graphics
• Can belong to more than one paragraph list

Paragraphs cannot contain:

• Word tables
• Bar code and table-only fields
• Headers or footers
• Hyperlinks or page numbers
• Page breaks or sections breaks
• Bookmarks, a table of contents, or cross-references

There are two ways to create Documaker paragraphs:

• By defining a paragraph element within a paragraph list document
• By creating a separate paragraph document
