Add Attachments - Local File System Tab
Use the Local File System tab to select files located on your computer when adding attachments.
To add local files as attachments
- Click Browse... to select a local file to add as an attachment.
- After selecting the file, it appears in the attachments table, with the filename assigned to the Title. Change this title if necessary.
- Enter an optional Description of the attachment.
- To change the file of an existing attachment, click Update, then select another file.
- To clear the information in one or more rows, select the rows, then click Clear Row(s).
- Select one or more files, then click Add.
The file(s) are added as attachments.
- When you are done adding attachments, click OK.
From the Local File System tab, you can also:
- detach the table by clicking
You can use the View menu to:
- display and hide columns
- detach the table
- reorder columns
