Document Details – Properties

The Properties tab of the Document Detail displays general properties about the selected document including:

• the Document ID (the ID number of the document )
• the User who created the document
• the Group that the User belongs to
• the Document Type
• the Drafter of the document
• the document's Status
• From Group – the name of the group who created the document (optional)
• From Time – the time at which the document was internally sent from one user to another (optional)
• From User – the previous owner of the document
