Reassigning a Document
Drafters, Approvers and Administrators can reassign a document to another user to a group.
- From the My Assignments tab, select the document you want to reassign.
- From the Actions menu, select Reassign.
- In the Reassign dialog, a list of users is displayed. To view a list of groups, click (multi-people icon). To return to the list of users, click (single person icon)
- Select the new user or group that you want to reassign this document to.
- In the Notes section, you can enter an optional explanation describing why you are reassigning this document.
- Click Submit.
The document is reassigned.
