Searching Forms or Attachments
When you are adding attachments or adding forms to a document, you can search the library of existing attachments and forms.
From the search results that appear, you can select the forms or attachments that you want to include with this document.
There are two types of searches you can perform:
- a basic search, if you just need to enter simple search criteria using drop-down lists
- an advanced search, if need to enter complex search criteria based on specific values that you enter
After running a search, you can save it for future use.
