Updating a Document

Drafters and Administrators can open an existing document to view or update the document's forms, attachments, addresses, or data.

To update a document

  1. From the Home tab, click a document to highlight it.
  2. On the main toolbar, click the update document button update document. Alternatively, from the Actions menu, select Update.
  3. Use the Forms, Attachments, and Addressees Document sub-tabs to update the document's associated items.

Use the Document sub-tab to edit a document's data. You can also access this sub-tab directly by clicking the Edit button Edit document data on the main toolbar.

  1. When you are done making your changes, click Save.
Tip You can update more than one document at the same time.
