Updating a Document
Drafters and Administrators can open an existing document to view or update the document's forms, attachments, addresses, or data.
To update a document
- From the Home tab, click a document to highlight it.
- On the main toolbar, click the update document button
. Alternatively, from the Actions menu, select Update.
- Use the Forms, Attachments, and Addressees Document sub-tabs to update the document's associated items.
Use the Document sub-tab to edit a document's data. You can also access this sub-tab directly by clicking the Edit button on the main toolbar.
- When you are done making your changes, click Save.
