Authorization: What Users Can Access

Authorization refers to what users can access. There are several ways to manage this in Preconstruction.

Licenses: Licenses grant users access to Preconstruction. You can view information about your licenses, including the number of licenses purchased, the number of licenses assigned, and the number of licenses available in Preconstruction.

Administrator Access: Users can be added with or without administrator access, which enables them to add other users, deactivate users, reactivate users, and reset user passwords.

Organization Privacy: You can choose whether other organizations can find yours in Preconstruction with the organization privacy setting.
