Description
Export Preconstruction Project files to Aconex. In Preconstruction, select the files you want to export, provide your Aconex credentials, and then select the Aconex project to which you want to add the files.
Improve Publish Addenda process performance for large number of files added to bid packages. Performance improvements were made to increase the number of files you can add to an addendum at one time.

Mark potential bidders as accepted or declined. Accept and decline invitations to bid on behalf of subcontractors.
When importing accounts, use information already in Lobby. If you import a subcontractor who already has an Oracle Construction and Engineering account for Lobby, the details from that account will be added to their Preconstruction profile.
Filter project and bid package messages by bidder. When you search for messages that have already been sent in projects and bid packages, you can filter messages by specific bid packages and bidders.

As an administrator, you can remove offices from your organization profile and choose which offices should replace them in user profiles that are not associated with other offices. You cannot delete offices that are associated with open opportunities.
View Content of Invitations to Bid in Bid Package History. In the History tab for bid packages, you can view the message contents of invitations to bid.
