Opportunities
Subscribe to Email Updates on New Opportunities
On the My Profiles page, set notification preferences to receive emails weekly, every two weeks, or monthly with open opportunities near your location. Use links in the email to view the opportunities in Preconstruction, and change your notification preferences.
Projects
Warnings Added for Unsupported Files
When attempting to upload files, warnings are now displayed if the maximum file size is exceeded, or the file name contains disallowed special characters. Previously, these issues were not reported until after the file upload failed.
Enhancements
Contact Administrators when Registering
When a new subcontractor is registering with an existing organization, the names of that organization's administrators are now displayed. There is also an option to notify the administrators that the subcontractor would like to register with the organization.
Add Custom Message to Invitation to Register
Add a custom message for invitees when sending an invitation to register from the Directory page or as a bidder/tenderer.
View Users' Last Logged-in Date
On the My Organization page, the Users tab now includes a column for Last Logged In, to assist in managing licenses.
Automated Email Added for Expiring Subscription
You will now receive an email two weeks prior to your subscription expiration date, with details on how to renew.

Opportunities
Group Open Opportunities by Project
On the Open Opportunities page, click the new option to group by projects. Select a project to view its bid/tender packages.
Projects
Access Bidder/Tenderer Contact Details on Bidders Tab
Click an organization's name on the Bidders tab to view the contact details for the invited bidders. Previously, this link would navigate away from the project to the organization details page. Click the link at the bottom of the flyout to view that page.
New Custom Trade Codes for Existing Projects
Add a new custom trade code, and it will be available in all existing projects. Previously, a new code could only be used in new projects, created after the code was added.
Export Allocation Matrix to Excel
On the Files tab, view the allocation matrix, and then click the new button to export the matrix details to Excel, where they can be saved, printed and shared.
Send Pending Invitations Without Publishing Addenda
When changes are made to a bid/tender package, it was previously necessary to publish any addenda before sending pending invitations. The Send Pending Invitations button is now available even when the package has pending addenda.
Send Messages to All Except Those Who Declined Invitations
When adding a message, a new option is added to send to all bidders except those who have declined.
Directory
Search for Organizations, Contacts from Any Location
The search options on the Directory page have been expanded. Select the new option for Any Location to include organizations from any area.
Enhancements
Project Category Added for Environmental Monitoring
A new project category, Environmental Monitoring, is now available to assign when creating a project. Environmental Monitoring can also be assigned as a preferred project category in the My Organization settings.
Expiration Extended on Invitations to Register
Previously, invitations to join Oracle Preconstruction expired in 7 days. The expiration has been extended to allow invitees to register within 30 days.

Projects
Add Organization Directly from Add Bidders/Tenderers Page
Use the new tab on the Add Bidders page to record an organization's details and to send it an invitation to bid on a package. The organization will also be added to your network and invited to join Oracle Preconstruction.
Trade Codes Automatically Populated
When adding bidders to a bid package, the Search directory tab is now prepopulated with the trade codes assigned to the bid package.
Send Invitation to Bid/Quote Options Expanded
When sending invitations to bid, you can now select which organizations to invite, or send to all bidders that have been added to the package.
Formatting Options Added for Messages
When sending a message to bidders/tenderers, you can now add formatting to its text. For example, set selected text to bold or italics.
Directory
Delete Contacts from an Unregistered Organization
On the Directory page, a new option is added to delete contacts from an unregistered organization. Previously, it was only possible to edit a contact's details.
Enhancements
Sorting of Search Results Improved
When searching for organizations or contacts in your network, results are now sorted by full match, then partial match. This is true when searching for bidders, or searching on the Directory page.

Reorder project folders
Use the Actions menu, or drag and drop to customize the order of project folders. Previously, folders were automatically arranged in alphabetical order.
Search for bidders/tenderers from any location
The bidder search options have been expanded. Select the new option for Any Location to include organizations from any area.
Enhancements
Localization improvements are added to distance and date formats
The distance formatting now defaults to the local standard. For example, in Australia, the search location for opportunities defaults to kilometers.

View RFI sender details without navigating away from the RFI list
You can quickly view the name and organization affiliation of RFI senders from the RFI tab in Projects, Bid Packages, and Opportunities without navigating away from the RFI list. Expanding the RFI displays full contact information and communication history.
See the organization name and date of most recent invitation to bid in the Bidders tab
The information in the summary card for the Bidders tab now prominently displays the organization name, number of users invited from the organization, as well as the date of the most recent invitation to bid.
Directory
Filter or search within your Network list to quickly find the right subcontractor in your Directory
As a general contractor, you can now easily find a subcontractor by applying one of many filters, or by searching with a contact or organization name to narrow results in your Directory Network list.
Enhancements
Maximize the Files tab to full page when reviewing files for Bid Packages, Projects, and Opportunities in Preconstruction
The tool bar and button options for files in Bid Packages, Projects, and Opportunities have been rearranged to provide an option for you to maximize the Files tab to better view the full list of files.
Change the application display language
You can change the in-application display language and e-mail communication in your profile settings to view all text in English (US/Canada), English (AU), or Français, depending on your preference and location.

View all, select all, and sort organizations from the Directory page
As a general contractor, you can now scroll down to view all organizations without navigating to another page. Sort organizations in your network list by Status, Name, Location, or Rating. You can also select all or multiple organizations to resend invitations.
Narrow your search for specific organizations by viewing both public and private users
As a general contractor, you can view all public and private subcontractors in your directory and in your network. You can also apply a Private or a Public filter.
Enhancements
Adjust the display of relevant information by resizing columns for bid/tender packages and files and opportunity files
You can use your cursor to adjust and resize columns for detailed project information in the Bid/Tender packages and Files tabs for projects and in Opportunity files.

Switch between applications seamlessly
When working on a project across multiple applications, it is now easier to navigate between applications without needing multiple URLs, login credentials --and, best of, all stay in the same project context.
Select Switch Applications in the upper left corner of the page to display projects in other applications. For example, for a project scheduled in Primavera Cloud, you can access the costs in Unifier and view the communications in Aconex. Select the application you want to open. The application opens – with the project already opened so you can begin working.
This feature is available in the Smart Construction Platform. In Lobby, projects that are linked together across multiple applications will appear in the Switch Applications list. You also have the option to navigate to the Lobby from Switch Applications to select a different project if needed.
View your local time zone throughout Preconstruction
Preconstruction displays all timestamps, such as closing dates, in your local time zone without any need for conversion.

Filter custom trade codes when modifying project information in bid packages
When adding project trade codes, you can quickly filter to display only custom trade codes.
Directory
Choose from a master list of custom tags in the Directory Filter
When applying custom tags to organizations, you can display and choose from a full list of custom tags using the Directory filter. Apply tags individually or multi-select to apply tags to multiple organizations with a single action.

Add private data to unregistered subcontractor organizations
Even before a subcontractor organization has registered a Preconstruction account, add information to their profile that only your general contractor organization can see. This private information includes tags, performance rating, qualification status, and notes.
