ID 35175479 – CORRECTION UPLOAD FAILING DUE TO DUPLICATE
COLUMNS

The
minimum version of the Oracle Financial Services Reconciliation Framework on
which this patch can be applied is 8.1.1.1.5 (ID 35045156).
·
If
you are using Data Governance (DGS) along with the Reconciliation Framework
application, then perform the below steps:
For Example: If you are using a higher version
of DGS of 8.1.2.0.0 version and Reconciliation Framework of 8.1.1.1.6, then the
DataAdjustment.jar of any one-off patch of the
Reconciliation Framework is not applied.
To rectify this:
1.
Modify
the AAI table in config schema aai_pack_app_file_details for the DataAdjustment.jar file and
rename the file with a suffix as '_YYYYMMDD_tag'.
2. Apply the Reconciliation Framework
patch on the environment and the new DataAdjustment.jar file will be copied by the
installer.

Log in to My
Oracle Support, and search for 35175479 under the Patches and
Updates tab.
2.
Download the 35175479_GENERIC.zip
archive file and copy it to your OFSAA Server in Binary
Mode.
3.
Stop all the OFSAAI Services.

4.
Extract the contents of the Patch Archive File using the following
command:
unzip -a <name of the file to be
extracted>
For example: unzip -a 35175479_GENERIC.zip
NOTE |
The "-a" option is mandatory to unzip the patch. If you notice the error message: “unzip: not found [No such file or directory]”, before the package is installed, contact your UNIX Administrator. |
5.
Assign RWX (755) permissions to the
directory by executing the following command:
chmod -R 755 OFS_GLRECON
6. Navigate to the following directory:
<>/appsLibConfig/conf
7. Update the params.conf File with the Upload Model Parameter as 0.
8.
Navigate to the following directory:
<>/OFS_GLRECON/bin
9. Execute the following install command:
./setup.sh
10.
Verify the patch installation logs in the following directory:
<>/OFS_GLRECON/logs
11.
After successful installation, perform the below steps:
a. Clear the Application Cache
b. Navigate to the following directory
based on the configured Web Application Server and delete the files:
i.
Tomcat: <Tomcat installation
location>/work/Catalina/localhost/<Application Name>/org/apache/jsp
ii.
WebLogic: <WebLogic installation
location>/domains/<Domain name>/servers/<Server
name>/tmp/_WL_user/<Application name>/<auto generated
folder>/jsp_servlet
12.
Delete the existing EAR or WAR file present in the $FIC_HOME/ficweb Directory.
13.
Generate the application EAR or WAR File and redeploy the application on
your configured Web Application Server.

14.
After the successful installation of the release, restart all OFSAAI
Services.
