Pre-installation Checklist

Before completing the setup, check for the following:

Setting	Value
Supported P6 EPPM On-Premises Versions	20.12 and 21.12
Acceptable Latency	less than 40 ms
Minimum Network Bandwidth	500 mbps
Database Assessment	To send only the required projects to CIC, use the optin.project_mode or Project Mode and optin.project_value or Project Value properties provided during sync client setup. For more details, see Option 1: Installing Sync Client in the User Interface Mode and Option 2: Installing Sync Client in the Command Mode respectively.
