Reset Your Password
You can reset your password for CIC Advisor at any time.
To reset your password:
- Navigate to the Oracle Cloud Account Sign In page.
- Select the Need help Signing in? Click here link.
- On the Forgot your password page, enter your username, and then click Next.
- Review the on-screen message, and click Submit.
- Select Password Reset in the email you receive.
- On the Reset Your Password page, complete the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
Note: The Confirm New Password field will not be active until your new password meets the specified criteria.
- Click Submit.
- Select Click here to continue to navigate back to the Oracle Cloud Account Sign In page, and log in with your new password.
Note: To allow time for system processing, it is recommended that you wait a few minutes before logging in with your new password.
