Reset Your Password

You can reset your password for CIC Advisor at any time.

To reset your password:

Navigate to the Oracle Cloud Account Sign In page.
Select the Need help Signing in? Click here link.
On the Forgot your password page, enter your username, and then select Next.
Review the on-screen message, and select Submit.
Select the Password Reset button in the email you receive.
On the Reset Your Password page, complete the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
Note: The Confirm New Password field will not be active until your new password meets the specified criteria.
Select Submit.
Select Click here to continue to navigate back to the Oracle Cloud Account Sign In page, and log in with your new password.
Note: To allow time for system processing, it is recommended that you wait a few minutes before logging in with your new password.
