What's New in Oracle Migration Tool On Demand Guide, Release 42

The following table lists the changes that were made in this version of the documentation to support Release 42 of the software.

Elements and Sections in the Related Information Layout XML Output File	Modified topic. The <EnableListAdd> element has been added. It is available for certain information sections only, and allows you to specify whether users can add multiple records to the related information section at one time.
Elements and Sections in the Page Layout Related Information XML Output File	Modified topic. The <NewRecordLayout> element has been added. It allows you to specify a layout for creating records from a list of related records.
Send Email Workflow Action Set	Modified topic. The <SendEmailIfNoResults> element has been added. It allows you to specify whether an email is to be sent to a user if the analysis on a Send Email action for a scheduled event returns no results for that user.
Migrating Lead Conversion Mapping Data	New chapter. It describes how to migrate lead conversion mapping data.
Migrating Sales Processes	New chapter. It describes how to migrate sales processes.
Migrating Sales Stages	New chapter. It describes how to migrate sales stages.
Access Objects and Corresponding Display Names	Modified topic. The access objects for the following related record types have been added: Audit Trail on the parent Account Event and Opportunity Event record types Books on the parent Asset record type

Additional Changes

This book also contains the following changes:

• Oracle Migration Tool On Demand Client. Lead conversion mappings, sales processes, and sales stages have been added to the list of features for which you can extract and import configuration data.

• Privileges for Administrators. The table of privileges has been updated to include the privileges required for migrating lead conversion mappings, sales processes, and sales stages.

• Privileges for Nonadministrative Users. The table of features for which users can extract configuration data if their role has the Enable Web Services Access privilege has been updated to include sales processes and sales stages.

• Migration Dependencies. The dependency information for migrating lead conversion mappings, sales processes, and sales stages has been added.

• Location of Output XML Files for Read and ReadAll Commands. Details of the folder names for lead conversion mappings, sales processes, and sales stages have been added.

• About the Graphical User Interface. The category information has been updated to include sales stages and sales processes under the Company Administration category, and lead conversion mappings under the Business Process Management category.

• Migrating the Configuration Data. In step 2 of the procedure to back up the configuration data from the target environment, commands have been added to back up the configuration data for lead conversion mappings, sales processes, and sales stages.

• Replicating All Configuration Data from a Source Environment to a Target Environment and Replicating Selective Configuration Data from a Source Environment to a Target Environment. The procedures have been updated to include examples of the commands for replicating the configuration data for lead conversion mappings and sales processes.
