What's New in Oracle Web Services On Demand Guide, Release 42

The following table lists the changes in this version of the documentation to support Release 42 of the software.

PageLayoutRelatedInformationUpsert	Modified topic. For the PageLayoutRelatedInformationUpsert method, the <NewRecordLayout> element has been added. It allows you to specify a layout for creating records from a list of related records. In addition, a <Version> argument is now available for the PageLayoutRelatedInformationReadAll method, to specify the release of Oracle CRM On Demand for which configuration data is returned.
RelatedInformationLayoutUpsert	Modified topic. For the RelatedInformationLayoutUpsert method, the <EnableListAdd> element has been added. It is available for certain related information layouts only, and allows you to specify whether users can add multiple records to the related information section at one time.
LeadConversionMappingRead LeadConversionMappingReadAll LeadConversionMappingUpsert	New topics. A new Administrative Service API, Lead Conversion Mapping, is now available with methods to read, insert, or update lead conversion mapping data.
SalesProcessQueryPage SalesProcessInsertOrUpdate	New topics. The Sales Process service is now listed as an Administrative services API call, and it now includes a new method to insert or update sales process configuration data, as well as a method to read sales process configuration data. In earlier releases of Oracle CRM On Demand, the Sales Process service was listed as a Service API call.
SalesStageQueryPage SalesStageInsertOrUpdate	New topics. A new Administrative services API, Sales Stage, is now available with methods to read, insert, or update sales stage configuration data.
WorkflowActionSetUpsert	Modified topic. For the WorkflowActionSetUpsert and WorkflowActionSetInsertOrUpdate methods, the <SendEmailIfNoResults> element has been added. It allows you to specify whether an email is to be sent to a user if the analysis on a Send Email action for a scheduled event returns no results for that user.
Account Event Opportunity Event Audit Trail	Modified topics. For Web Services v2.0, Audit Trail is accessible as a child object for Account Event and Opportunity Event.
Asset Book	Modified topic. For Web Services v2.0, Book is accessible as a child object for Asset.
About Attachments	Modified topic. Attachments can now be exchanged for sales stages

Additional Changes

This book also contains the following changes:

• Service API Calls. The SalesProcessQueryPage method has been deleted from the table of Service API Calls.

• Administrative Services API Calls. The following changes have been made:

  • The QueryPage method has been added to the list of Administrative services API calls.

  • The table of Administrative services has been updated to include the Lead Conversion Mapping, Sales Process, and Sales Stage services.
