Prohibited City Watchlist

There are two ways to add City Watchlist records:

1.     Add a record using the City Watchlist window. When you add a new record, it appears on the City Watchlist grid. To add City Watchlist records follow the subsequent steps:

a.     From the Navigation List, click Transaction Filtering Management.

b.     From the Navigation List, click Prohibited City Watchlist. The City Watchlist Screen displays.

c.     Click Add Add icon.

d.     Enter values for the following fields in the Add City Watch List window:

Record Name

Description
Country Name Enter the country name.
City Name Enter the city name.
ISO City Name Enter the ISO city Code.
City Synonyms Enter the city synonyms.
Data Source Enter the source of data.
Risk Score Enter a risk score.

 

e.     Click Save to save the record.

To edit a record, follow these steps:

a.     Select the check box in line with the record you want to edit.

b.     Click Edit Edit icon to open the Add City Watchlist window.

c.     Edit the required fields.

d.     Click Save to save the record.

2.     To add or edit City watchlist records in bulk, export the City Watchlist, add values in the applicable columns, or add a new row and provide values in the applicable columns, and upload the file. You cannot change the structure of the file.

To add watch list data using the template, follow these steps:

a.     Click Export Export icon to download the template.

b.     Enter the values in the required columns and save the file.

c.     Click Import Import Icon. The file is uploaded and the records are displayed on the City Watchlist grid.
