You can send emails about project issues that include basic information, such as project, issue name, priority and due date.
To send issue emails:
- Click Projects.
- On the Projects navigation bar, click Issues.
- On the Issues Management page, expand a project, click Row Actions and select Email Issue Details for one of the issues.
- In the Send Email dialog box:
- Edit the fields as needed.
- Click Send.
Tips
- You must have an email address listed in you user profile to send an email.
- You can also send issue emails from the My Issues portlet on the Dashboards page.
