Using the BI Publisher Security Model

If you do not want to use the Fusion Middleware security model, you can change it. You can use the BI Publisher security model with P6 Reports.

To configure the BI Publisher security model:

1. Log in to BI Publisher with your administrative WebLogic user name and password.
2. Click the Administration link at the top of your screen.
3. In the Security Center section, select Security Configuration and scroll down to Security Model.
4. Verify the Security Model is BI Publisher Security.
   1. If the security model is not BI Publisher Security, select this option in the Security Model dropdown.
   2. In the Password field, enter the administrator's password.
   3. In the Local Superuser section, select the Enable Local Superuser option.
   4. Enter the superuser name and password.
   5. Click Apply.
   6. Restart BI Publisher server.
