- Choose Enterprise, Activity Codes.
- Choose Global.
- In the Select Activity Code section, click Modify.
- Click Add, then type the name of the global activity code.
- In the Max Length field, specify the maximum number of characters for the activity code's values.
- Click Close.
Tip
- To change the order in which global activity codes are listed, select the activity code you want to move in the Activity Code Definitions dialog box, then click Shift Up or Shift Down.
