Display resource data as a profile or spreadsheet
- In the Tracking window, open or create a Resource Analysis layout, then, in the Resource Explorer window, select the resource(s) whose allocation you want to view.
- To display a profile of the selected resource's allocation for one or more projects selected in the Project Explorer window, in the Top Layout window, click

To display a spreadsheet of the selected resource's allocation for one or more projects selected in the Project Explorer window, in the Top Layout window, click 
.
- To display a profile of the selected resource's total allocation (all projects across the enterprise), in the Bottom Layout window, click
.
- To display a spreadsheet of the selected resource's total allocation (all projects across the enterprise), in the Bottom Layout window, click .
Note
- If the projects you select are not currently open, it is necessary to run the summary job service to see the resource data. To view resource data live, open the projects.
