When you group activities by field, a title band is listed for all values in that field. You can specify whether to show or hide the title bands that do not contain activities within the group.
- Choose Project, Activities, then choose View, Group and Sort By.
- Mark the Hide If Empty checkbox at the bottom of the dialog box to hide empty group title bands.
Clear the Hide If Empty checkbox at the bottom of the dialog box to display empty group title bands.
