Creating an Approved Budget for a Project in Primavera Cloud

To approve a proposed budget in Primavera Cloud:

  1. Sign in to Primavera Cloud as a global administrator or an application administrator with permissions to use the Tasks, and Cost and Funds applications.
  2. Select a project with a proposed budget:
    1. In the object selector, select Workspaces.
    2. In the Search bar, search and select a workspace.
  3. Select a project in the workspace as follows:
    1. On the Workspace Home page, select View all Projects...,
    2. In the Name column, select a project with a proposed budget in pending status.
  4. To accept a proposed budget:
    1. In the sidebar, select the Cost and Funds app, and then select Cash Flow.
    2. Select Accept Budget to accept the proposed budget.
    3. In the object selector, select Portfolios and then select the portfolio associated with the proposed budget.

      The Budget Review Status field displays Accepted.

  5. To approve the accepted budget:
    1. From the Scenario 1 for Proposed Budget list, select Approve.
    2. In the Name column, select the project hyperlink.

      A new row for the approved budget displays for the project.
