Creating a Project with Risk Information in P6 EPPM

To create a project with risk information:

  1. Sign in to P6 EPPM as a administrator or a user.
  2. In the Projects menu, select Open Projects and choose an EPS node to select a project.
  3. In the EPS page, expand an EPS node and select a project.
    1. In the General detail window, confirm the information for the project.
    2. In the Activities page, add activities for the project and calendar dates for each activity.
    3. In the Relationships details window define the sequence of activities in the project.
    4. In the Risks detail window, enter risk information for the activities.
  4. In the Risks page, develop a risk response plan and a risk response action plan, risk details, and generate a probability and impact diagram.
  5. Select Save.
