Key performance categories (KPCs) are operational categories that are the building blocks of key business objectives (KBOs). For example, a KBO called "achieve scheduling commitments" may be broken down into two KPCs:
- Achieve external scheduling commitments or contractual milestones.
- Achieve internal commitments, such as phase scheduling and raising funds, in a timely manner.
KPCs are used to clearly communicate and define the operational aspects of KBOs. This application provides a flexible framework to build various types and collections of KPCs.
