Creating a Form with the Form Wizard

To create a form with the Form Wizard:

  1. From the Setup list, select Setup.
  2. In the Setup field, select Forms.
  3. In the navigation pane, select a folder. This will be the default home folder for the form.
  4. From the New list, select Form.

    The Form Wizard appears.

  5. In each tab of the Form Wizard, add and edit information for the form.
