Editing Action Items

To edit action item information and indicate that an action item has been completed:

  1. Select the action item to be edited, and click Open. The Action Item dialog box appears.
  2. Enter information as required, and click OK. The updated information is displayed in the Action Items table.
  3. Alert when action item created/modified.

    Note: Mark the Action Item Completed checkbox to indicate the action item has been completed. It is also possible to indicate that an action item has been completed by selecting a line in the table and marking the checkbox displayed in the left-most column.
