To edit action item information and indicate that an action item has been completed:
- Select the action item to be edited, and click Open. The Action Item dialog box appears.
- Enter information as required, and click OK. The updated information is displayed in the Action Items table.
- Alert when action item created/modified.
Note: Mark the Action Item Completed checkbox to indicate the action item has been completed. It is also possible to indicate that an action item has been completed by selecting a line in the table and marking the checkbox displayed in the left-most column.
