Filtering Users

To limit the number of users displayed for a specific user role enter the following information in the Filter Users dialog box, :

  1. In the Type field, select the type of list being searched. Choices include: Users or Groups.
  2. In the Search field, enter a search string.

    In the Available Users column, a list of users or groups who satisfy the search criteria display.

  3. In the Available Users column, select the subset of users from the list, and then select Add.

    The selected users display in the Filtered Users column.

  4. To remove users from the Filtered Users column, select Remove.
  5. Select OK.

    The list of filtered users now display for a specific role.
