Working with Prefix Codes (WPFX)

Purpose: Use the Prefix table to specify the description associated with each customer prefix so that you can include the full description on printed forms. For example, you can set up a prefix of PRF with a description of PROFESSOR, and include the description PROFESSOR on a printed form such as a pick slip.

Important:                           This menu option and the related system control value are not currently implemented. Prefix validation does not take place.
