Summary

The objective of the packaged Data Visualization (DV) Stories is that they are targeted at different individual Personas of the Bank looking at different sets of numbers. The DV Stories, provided in addition to the OOTB OBIEE Reports will provide a very interactive analysis experience with scope for self Service Analytics with a great user experience.

Segment Performance DV

This DV Story is aimed at the Segment Manager, dealing with different customer propositions. Segment Profiles include Demographic/ Corporate Tracker Segments, Risk Based Segments, Profitability Segments, and Behavioral Segments. These segment profiles are pre-seeded and can be modified by creating new segments in OFSAA UI. This story looks at inter-segment customer movements and profitable customer segment profiles. A Segment view of new acquisitions and views around attrition and closures are also provided. The resultant data can be analyzed and compared across Segments, Balance Bands, Channels, Regions, and Time.
