Working with the Involved Party HomepageThe Involved Party Homepage is the starting point for managing involved parties. NOTE: Your company administrator can customize the layout of your Involved Party Homepage. In addition, if your user role includes the Personalize Homepages privilege, you can add sections to the page, and remove sections from the page. Creating an Involved Party RecordYou can create an involved party record by clicking the New button in the Recently Modified Involved Parties section. For more information, see Creating Records and Involved Party Fields. Working with Involved Party ListsOracle CRM On Demand comes with a set of standard lists. All standard lists are public. You and your managers can create additional lists that are based on different criteria. The following table describes the standard lists.
To view a list, click the list name. To create a new list, click New. For more information about creating lists, see Creating and Refining Lists. To review all available lists, create a new list, or view, edit, or delete an existing list, click Manage Lists. The Manage Lists page also includes the standard lists delivered with Oracle CRM On Demand. These lists are view-only, so you cannot edit or delete them. Viewing Recently Modified Involved PartiesThe Recently Modified Involved Parties section shows the involved parties whom you modified most recently. To expand the list, click Show Full List. Adding Sections to Your Involved Party HomepageIf your user role includes the Personalize Homepages privilege, you can add additional sections to your Involved Party Homepage, depending on which sections your company administrator has made available for display on your Involved Party Homepage.
