To manage forecasts, perform the following tasks:
- Set up the company's fiscal calendar, see Setting Up Your Company Profile and Global Defaults.
- Determine the forecast hierarchy, see Setting Up the Forecast Definition.
- Set the user quotas, see Setting Up Users' Sales Quotas.
- Create the forecast definition, including Date, Type, Duration, and Participants, see Setting Up the Forecast Definition.
