Pre-requisites for Creating an Application Service

Prior to creating an Application Service, you must:

1. Create an application class extending the PTCBAPPLSVCDEFN:ApplicationServiceBase application class and then implement the invokeService() method to define the application logic and the () method for setting the parameters.

2. Add the PTCB_ADMINISTRATOR role to the user profile in order to access the Application Service Registration Wizard.
