Dashboards
Dashboard Blocks for Overdue Tasks
Two new dashboard blocks are added to the Organization and Test shell Project Summary - Open and Overdue Tasks dashboards:
- Overdue Tasks by User
- Overdue Tasks by Project
Customers can configure these dashboards by using the Overdue Tasks data cube.
Audit Log
Company Admins may View the Reverse Auto-Population Log
Company administrators now have permission to view the new reverse auto-population RAP Audit Log, found in the System Information node of the Company Workspace.
Update permissions for the Company Administrators group at the company level.
Additional Enhancements - Automatic
Cost Sheet Dashboard Data View: Added a Where clause to the Cost Sheet Dashboard data view to show only rows with a Revised Budget or Forecast amount is not equal to 0.
Request for Bid and Request for Bid Unsealed:
- The Vendor log now shows the bidder email address.
- The Bid Comparison sheet provides a Notes field for additional comments.
- Show Reference Value as a Hyperlink is selected for the Contract Creator.
Folder Paths: Added a validation rule for special characters in the folder path of Company and Project Configuration and Folder Template business processes.
Additional Enhancements - Manual
Project Request BP - Attached Files: new publish path fields are added to the Folder Template, Project Configuration, and BP Data Transfer business processes to add files attached to the Project Request BP to the Document Manager in a resulting shell. The /01 Planning > 01.09 Project Requests path is added to the Oracle Project template Project Configuration record to use as the default folder in the Document Manager.
Customers may update their project shell templates.
