Release 23.9
Project Dates in the Project Shell Attribute form: Project Start and Finish dates are added to the Project Shell Attribute form, drawing data from their corresponding fields on the Activity Sheet for the selected activities.
Open and Overdue Tasks report update: The custom report RTF template for Open and Overdue Tasks now has a No Results section after the existing report. This will cause Unifier to generate a PDF with the text No Results in the event that a report returns no data.

Enhanced Cost Code Query Conditions in BP Configuration: By default you can no longer select CBS codes with cost item type Contingency in the following BPS:
- Contract
- Change Order
- Change Request
- Potential Change Order
- Purchase Order
- PO Amendment
- Request for Bid
- Request for Bid Unsealed
- Work Release
You can over-ride this change and re-enable this to allow selection of Contingency CBS. Refer to Cost Code Query Condition help.
Line Item Consolidation from the Potential Change Order BP: The following business processes have been updated to allow line item consolidation from a Potential Change Order:
- Budget Change
- Change Request
- Contract
- Estimate
- Forecast
- Initial Budget
- Journal Entry
- Purchase Order
- Risk

Request for Information Business Process: A checkbox was added to auto-create a Potential Change Order.
Change Order Business Process: Line item consolidation was updated to include approved Potential Change Orders. Also updated line item consolidation to allow only line items from Change Requests if they refer to the same contract.

Duration Type Attribute Added to Manual Activity Sheets: This will facilitate in calculating planned units and remaining units in assignments.

Cost Sheet Dashboard Data View: Added a Where clause to the Cost Sheet Dashboard data view to show only rows with a Revised Budget or Forecast amount is not equal to 0.
Request for Bid and Request for Bid Unsealed:
- The Vendor log now shows the bidder email address.
- The Bid Comparison sheet provides a Notes field for additional comments.
- Show Reference Value as a Hyperlink is selected for the Contract Creator.
Folder Paths: Added a validation rule for special characters in the folder path of Company and Project Configuration and Folder Template business processes.
