Detailed Contract Summary Report

A new custom print template is added to the Contract business process. The Detailed Contract Summary report provides line item details for a contract as well as associated Change Orders and Payment Applications. The report can be created from a single Contract record or from multiple contracts by selecting more than one record in the Contract log.

Cash Flow History Custom Report

The Cash Flow History custom report is added to the Organization shell, the Test shell, and all Oracle shell templates this month. It illustrates the evolution of cash flow snapshots for one or more projects. Color coding denotes increases or decreases in amounts per period or start/end dates from a previous snapshot. Available queries include the Project, cash flow name, curve name, snapshot title, and the snapshot creation date. The report can be run from any level of a shell hierarchy.

Project Schedule Summary Custom Report

The Project Schedule Summary custom report is added to the Organization shell, Test shell, and Oracle Site, Region and Building shell templates. Each row of the report is a Gantt chart representation of project progress, with Master Schedule Activities coded by color. The following queries are available:

Schedule Lookahead Custom Report

A new Schedule Lookahead custom report displays a Gantt chart for each project activity sheet. The report can be run at the Organization shell, Test shell, and is included in all Oracle Shell templates; it can be run for multiple projects and at any level of a shell hierarchy. Available queries include Project, Program, Project Type, Project Manager, and Project Phase.

New User-Defined Report: Document Manager Revisions

A new user-defined report is added to Report Templates, the Oracle Project Template, and the Organization shell. This report shows all files in a project-level Document Manager and revision information for each of those files.

Contract Summary Custom Print Template

The Contract Summary Report custom print has been added to the Contract business process. Select one or more contracts from the business process log and run the custom print to display current contract information, with related change orders, retainage, and payment applications.

Release 23.4

Text Search Custom Report

The Text Search Custom Report searches for as many as three text strings across key text fields in all business processes and across shells in the hierarchy. The search can also extend into document attributes, with an option to highlight found text. The report is available at both the project and organization levels.

Business Process Access Control Custom Report

The Business Process Access Control custom report now has search parameters, featuring the ability to filter the report by Group or Business Process.

Quarterly Cash Flow Report Template

A Quarterly Summary template that shows monthly cash flows with summarized amounts by quarter has been added to Cash Flow Report at the project level. There are two graphs on the report, one for quarterly amounts and the other for monthly amounts. Both show incremental bars and cumulative curves.

The start month for Q1 can be adjusted by adding a Standard Planning Period in Standards and Libraries / Period Structure that must be named UE Custom Report Period Structure.

This is a new template for an existing custom report so it is automatically available. There is no need to update the shell navigator or access control.
