Bidder Qualification Field on the Bid Comparison Sheet

A new field on the Bid Comparison sheet allows you to identify whether a bid is qualified or disqualified as not responsive or not responsible.

Require Bidders to Add Attachments

A new checkbox allows a Bid Requester to require that a bidder add attachments to a bid. The validation checks for at least one attachment to either the upper or detail form. The default for the checkbox can be selected on the Project Configuration BP.

Budget Change & Budget Transfer

Initial Budget Validation before Budget Change and Budget Transfer

The Initial Budget Required checkbox is added to the Budget Change configuration, and a validation check is added to Budget Transfer business processes – allowing you to confirm the presence of an Initial Budget Record before issuing a Budget Change or Budget Transfer.
