Release 23.11
Vendor Name in Workflow End Steps:
In the following business processes, the workflow end steps use the Vendor Name instead of the Partner Company Short Name as an additional condition to filter cc recipients:
- Contract
- Change Order
- Payment Application
- Invoice
- PO Amendment
- Purchase Order
Permission to View Custom Reports:
Shell templates for Building, Region/District, and Site/Campus now have permissions for the Report Viewers group to view the following custom reports:
- Project Comparison
- Project Summary (Excel)
- RFI Log
- Text Search
Project Administrators Permissions for Custom Reports
The Project Administrators group no longer has permissions to see the following custom reports in the Program shell template:
- Cash Flow Report
- Commitment Summary
- Overdue Tasks
- Project Cost Report
- Project Details
- Project Summary
- Schedule Lookahead
Note: Customers may choose to to update their templates with updated BP setups, Access Control and update related shells.
Release 23.9
Ball in Court Workflow Enhancements: The Ball in Court (V3) workflow used in the Initial Budget, Change Order, Change Request, Change Directive, and Issue business processes has two new features:
- Added a Cancel action from Prepare to End step.
- Added a Send for Revision action from Review to Prepare step.
Replace attachments with links: the ability to replace attachments with links is enabledin the business process configuration for both Document Approval and Submittal BPs. This option affects both record attachments as well as line item attachments and is enabled for all steps of all workflows for both BPs – including CC users at the End step in the Oracle Project shell template.
The Oracle Project shell template is updated by these changes; an administrator will need to update customer project templates with changes they choose to adopt.
Release 23.8
Added Permission for Comments in Workflows: Added the permission to allow CC users to add general comments at the end step of all workflows in the ORACLE PROJECT TEMPLATE.
Hidden Comments: Added Hidden Comments permission to internal groups for business processes in the ORACLE PROJECT TEMPLATE.
The Oracle Project shell template is updated by these changes; an administrator will need to update customer project templates with changes they choose to adopt.
Release 23.3
Project Request BP - Attached Files: new publish path fields are added to the Folder Template, Project Configuration, and BP Data Transfer business processes to add files attached to the Project Request BP to the Document Manager in a resulting shell. The /01 Planning > 01.09 Project Requests path is added to the Oracle Project template Project Configuration record to use as the default folder in the Document Manager.
Customers may update their project shell templates.
Release 23.2
Company-level Company Administrator Group: Added permission to view and bulk edit Home tab Master Logs for most project/shell-level business processes. Update permissions for Company-level Company Administrator group.
Project Cost Sheet: Updated in the Oracle Project Template to include a hidden Pending Commitments column. The Oracle Project Template will be updated automatically; customer templates may be updated via a copy to those templates. The new column can be pushed to existing projects from the customer template.
Approved Change Orders in the Last 30 Days: Updated Group By feature to include Change Reason and Project Manager for the Trending this Month page in the Project Summary dashboard in the Organization and Test single instance shells. The table is organized to match Pending Change Orders Active in the Last 30 Days. An administrator may update the Approved Change orders in the last 30 Days tab in the Project Controls dashboard to include the new fields.
RFI BP Setup: Added the External Team Members group in the Consultant Clarification step in all workflows in the Oracle Project Template shell template. The Oracle Project Template will be updated; customers may update their Project shell templates and Project shells.
Cost Sheet: Removed the Prior Forecast hidden column from the cost sheet in the Oracle Project Template shell template. The Oracle Project Template will be updated; customers may update their Project shell templates and Project shells.
