New User-Defined Report: Document Manager Revisions

A new user-defined report is added to Report Templates, the Oracle Project Template, and the Organization shell. This report shows all files in a project-level Document Manager and revision information for each of those files.

Contract Summary Custom Print Template

The Contract Summary Report custom print has been added to the Contract business process. Select one or more contracts from the business process log and run the custom print to display current contract information, with related change orders, retainage, and payment applications.

Additional Enhancements - Automatic

Enhanced Cost Code Query Conditions in BP Configuration: By default you can no longer select CBS codes with cost item type Contingency in the following BPS:

Contract
Change Order
Change Request
Potential Change Order
Purchase Order
PO Amendment
Request for Bid
Request for Bid Unsealed
Work Release

You can over-ride this change and re-enable this to allow selection of Contingency CBS. Refer to Cost Code Query Condition help.

Line Item Consolidation from the Potential Change Order BP: The following business processes have been updated to allow line item consolidation from a Potential Change Order:

Budget Change
Change Request
Contract
Estimate
Forecast
Initial Budget
Journal Entry
Purchase Order
Risk

Additional Enhancements - Manual

Added Permission for Comments in Workflows: Added the permission to allow CC users to add general comments at the end step of all workflows in the ORACLE PROJECT TEMPLATE.

Hidden Comments: Added Hidden Comments permission to internal groups for business processes in the ORACLE PROJECT TEMPLATE.

The Oracle Project shell template is updated by these changes; an administrator will need to update customer project templates with changes they choose to adopt.
